***Also, there’s a new bill being introduced. H.R. 4980 is seeking to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine for anyone flying WITHIN the U.S. This is not just for international travel. Here is the body of text already prepared for you to submit to help make it quick and simple for you. You can just copy and paste or you can choose to write one of your own:
I urge you to oppose H.R. 4980, which proposes “to ensure that any individual traveling on a flight that departs from or arrives to an airport inside the United States or a territory of the United States is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and for other purposes.”
This bill mandates COVID-19 vaccines for domestic air travel to any location within the US, including private airports.
Freedom and access to travel is a fundamental right, as is freedom of medical choice.
Mandating vaccines impacts not only travelers, but also all those who depend on the airlines directly as well as ancillary services.
Furthermore, it has been proven that fully vaccinated people can still catch and transmit COVID-19. Therefore, H.R. 4980 is both unnecessary and not in alignment with American freedom and values.
We must allow American citizens to make their own decisions regarding what treatment, medication, or vaccination they do or do not want.
As an elected representative, please advocate for the rights of those you serve. Making an employee, citizen or traveler choose between a vaccine and their ability to travel (or in the case of airline employees - their career) is a violation of their rights.
Please vote against bills that promote vaccine discrimination and loss of medical freedom.
I also urge you to support the Freedom To Fly Act, H.R. 4296, which prohibits TSA from asking passengers on domestic flights to disclose personal vaccination information.

OK…I do apologize for not getting this to you yesterday before that huge Thanksgiving meal. I was having too much fun and quality time. But these are tips that can help you anywhere and anytime so keep them in your back pocket.
My Two Biggest Tips to Immediately Help You Mitigate The Increased Calorie Intake and Cheat Meals During The holidays (And at All Times) Are:
Exerise 1-2 hours before your meal. Especially if you’re going to be consuming a lot of carbs. HIIT (high intensity interval training) and weight training work wonders for fat burning and HGH (human growth hormone) release after your workout. One reason they do this is because of EPOC (excess post exercise oxygen consumption - stay tuned for a piece on this later that I’ll think you’ll find interesting) which puts you in an oxygen deficit hours after your finished training which in turn boosts your calorie burn. They also have the ability to keep your entire metabolism running for almost two days after the workout. Along with a healthy diet, this makes calorie burn so much easier! If you don’t feel up to those kind of workouts bear in mind that briskly walking or any moderately intense movement still greatly helps.
Enjoy a post-meal walk. Moderate movement or going for a walk after your meal greatly improves digestion and boosts the amount of energy (calories) you expend digesting your food. I know we can’t always, but if possible, you should always try to move in some way after eating. Sitting after eating is almost a sure-fire way to store more calories than you consume. But remember, you don’t want to partake in vigorous or extremely intense exercise after eating as that can have a negative effect and hinder digestion. You really want to avoid jostling or jarring the body after a heavy meal. Just a moderate leisurely walk with the dog or with the kids or doing some household chores is all you need.

Agreed with the walking after a meal. It doesn’t have to be long. It can be taking the digs for a potty break and coming back home. Anything you can do to ge the blood flowing and digestion crackling!
